1. If I place an order, how long will it take before I receive it?
Most orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. With that being said, you should receive your merchandise within one week from the date you ordered it.

2. Will I be notified if the order cannot be shipped within two days?
Yes. If there is any problem with being able to fill your order and have it to you within a week, you will be notified immediately upon receipt of your order.

3. What is your policy if the merchandise received is damaged or needs to be replaced with a different product due to an error of shipping the wrong product?
Send an email immediately to wings2praise@yahoo.com or call Gail Bush at 813-546-1018 and let her know what the problem is. She will ship you the replacement merchandise and send you return postage to send back the product that is damaged or was not what you had originally ordered.

4. If I need immediate shipment, what should I do?
Call Gail Bush at 813-546-1018 or send an email to wings2praise@yahoo.com to give details of what you need and when you need it. If it is at all possible, the order will be shipped Express Mail and an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal for payment. The website shopping cart does not give you the option to choose Next Day Delivery.

5. Do you carry an inventory of product that is available for purchase?
Not generally. The tambourine bases are ready for stain, paint, and decorating depending on your order. All other orders are constructed or sewn upon receipt of your order. The flags, streamers, and dance garments in most cases can be worked on immediately when the order is received. The wood products take longer since Tom works a full time job during the day and can only work in the workshop evenings and weekends.

6. If I don't want to place my order through PayPal, how can I do it?
You can send an email to wings2praise@yahoo.com with what you want to order. Please include the address you want your order shipped to. If you do not have access to a computer, you can call 813-546-1018 with your order. An invoice with shipping costs will be emailed to you or mailed to you for payment. Once we have received your check or money order made out to "Wings of Praise", your order will be shipped. The only way we can process credit card orders is through PayPal at this time.
7. If my flags arrive and the wooden rods are broken will you replace them?
This has been a problem for us because the post office and UPS both are pretty rough with packages even if you write fragile on the box. If your rods are broken, we will refund you $2 per rod to replace it and mail you the soft sided velcro to put on the rods to replace the ones that were broken.
