All swivel flags are on 3/8” diameter wooden dowels with 1 inch wooden ball at the top and 1 ½ inch wooden ball at the bottom. Flags fly freely around the dowel rod. All wing, quarter circle and rectangular flags shown on the website can be made to swivel for an additional $5 per flag that are on a 36" dowel rod. Please send us an email if the flags you want to swivel are not shown on this page and we can send you an invoice to your email address for exactly what you want.
